Return Policy

At Collectoria, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are the conditions under which you can return it.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

2. Return Policy

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• In its original, unused condition
• In its original, unopened packaging
• Comes with all accessories and documentation
• Accompanied by the purchase order or invoice

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Please contact us at contact@collectoria.fr and include your order number
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions
3. Send the package by registered mail with return receipt requested
4. Keep the proof of mailing

4. Refund

Once the return has been received and verified, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

5. Non-returnable items

Limited-edition items, graded cards with broken seals, and personalized items cannot be returned, unless they are found to be defective.
