These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed on the collectoria.fr website. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Seller

2. Products

The products offered are sports collectibles (graded cards, ungraded cards, jerseys, hobby boxes, etc.). Descriptions and photos are provided for illustrative purposes only. Collectoria is committed to offering authentic products.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros, including tax. Collectoria reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Collectoria reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of insufficient stock or a payment issue.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely online. We accept credit cards and the payment methods listed on our website. Payment is due at the time of order.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected. Collectoria cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Shipments to the United Kingdom — Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Following Brexit, the United Kingdom is no longer a member of the European Union. Any order shipped to the United Kingdom is subject to UK customs regulations and may be subject to customs duties, import VAT (UK VAT at 20%), and customs clearance fees charged by the carrier upon delivery.

These fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Collectoria has no insight into or control over the amounts charged by UK customs authorities.

If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right to cancel, without providing a reason. Please see our Return Policy for details.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer service department at contact@collectoria.fr. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
